Refurbish unit

my phone went in for repairs the first time it come back said its fixed a week later the phone went back to vodacom westgate job number ***8 said they sending it to the advance repair centre, i got a sms stating they sending an exchange unit(refurbish unit) i call and ask what they mean by that so the lady at westgate told me its a out of box failure unit, i am not happy with that the reason is an obf unit was faulty and now i must get it. yes my blackberry was old a year but the plastix was still on the phone with no scratch, i feel i pay a contract and if im not satisfy with this i have the right then to stop my contract or vodacom need to send me a new unit or a better unit because now i really feel vodacom do not deliver what they state. <br> my whole arguement with this is i will only have the remaining warrenty on a refurbishment unit and im not sure how long that phone will work before doing the same.<br> if vodacom want to keep me as a customer they need to really considder a better option.
