Refunds

I had a contract with Vodacom thati overpaid it by R300 that was confirmed with their call center agents when i requested a refund i was told to send thru the proof of payment . i did that already<br> But when i phone in they all tell me that my acc is deleted and they can put me to the relavent department i need my refund ASAP did all is requested of me<br>
