Refund!!!useless

<p>After hours and hours on line and e mails ens nes, a person from Vodacom finally contacted me with the confirmation that she would a refund for the amount of R1415.76 would be made on the 1 st July. but once again as per norm nothing has happend. I am so tiered of uselss service and promises that are never kept.</p> <p>Im so frustrated with the lack of professionalism in this company. its a joke</p>
