Refund still not paid back after 3 weeks

Vodacom, the company that just take (or *****) our money and when it comes to refund they do take their time, going for 3 weeks now and i have all references and e-mails to prove it.<br> <br> Customer care said on 05 February that refund will be done for taking double payment, today is 22nd February and still no refund.
