Refund request

my debit order bounced on December, I then made an arrangement to pay the amount on arrears. I made a payment of R1 306 on 22 January 2021, the January Debit order was doubled, I then requested for the amount which I paid to be refunded, I made several call and even send an email which I was told to CC: ***. I kept on calling Vodacom customer service which they kept on telling me the refund was logged. I have not received my money up to this day.
