Refund query
Customer service at Vodacom is disgusting! You will never get any joy or satisfactory service from this circus! I cancelled my contract and they still debiting my account. Spoke to over 30 consultants and they still cant rectify a simple query. I have been transferred to different departments every time cause the agents working there are useless!!! I need my query resolved immediately!!! If you looking at taking out a cellphone or fibre contract stay away from Vodacom!!!
