Refund promised but not paid

Hi. I had a data dispute going on for 2 months now. Finally Joanne Peterson dealt with it, and promised me a refund of 2506.14 (excl VAT) on 23 October 2015. She promised that this money will be in my account within 7-10 days. It is now the 10th November and I haven't received anything. I am trying to call, but I am waiting on the line for the last 40 minutes. Bad service!
