Refund please!!!
Could I please have an explanation as to why I was debited an amount of R426.66 in June 2019, after I paid R1897.50 in May 2019 to have my contracts closed. I had been called by someone from vodacom to upgrade my contract but she saw in her system that I cancelled them. I also informed her that I still got debited but nothing has been done to date.
