refund on gadget Cancelled 24mnths ago

In 2014 January the gadget stopped working due to network failure and submitted to the vadacare and i was given hope that it will be fixed and i paid February, March and April R599 *3mnths and in May i cancelled becouse the tablet was in the shop while they we deducting and no curtesy tablet was given to me. i complaint since 2014 and in 2015 08 20 i received an email 'An amount of R1885.00 (01/08/2015) was credited to your Vodacom account and its a sim card that is in thetablet since february 2014 and its seated in the shop. i spoke to Rudzani Lithole promised to fixed it up to date nothing happened and no formal communication that says my name has been cleared from ITC and now Rudzani says on the email dated 15.02.2016 amount of R1885.00 will be credit to your Vodacom account and not Bank account. that money R1885.00 was deducted in my account and Robbie couried the tablet to Rudzani on the 30.11.2015, it was there since February 2014. how can i be charged for R1885 for no service. i dont have an account with vodacom and i was blacklisted for the tablet that was seated in the shop.
