refund on gadget cancelled 24mnths ago

In 2014 January the gadget stopped working due to network failure and submitted to the vadacare and i was given hope that it will be fixed and i paid February, March and April R599 *3mnths and in May i cancelled becouse the tablet was in the shop while they we deducting and no curtesy tablet was given to me. i complaint since 2014 and in 2015 08 20 i received an email 'An amount of R1885.00 (01/08/2015) was credited to your Vodacom account and its a sim card of the tablet is seated in the shop since february 2014 . On the response they only confirm the ITC has been resolved but they have send me something formal and also the refund for 3 months R1885.00 that was deducted i have not receive anything. how can i be charged for the gadget seated in a shop, its a day light *******.
