Refund of unauthorized money amounting to the breach of contract

Since the 17th of July 2025 when vodacom consultant called me to advise that the refund query has been forwarded to the manager but to date nothing has materialized. On the 28th of July 2025 I called their consultant, Moleboheng on reference number ***.She was taken from pillar to post by her colleagues from one department to another without success. Urgently assist as vodacom has no customer service and the money paid isn't on par it's value.
