Refund of R4127.13

I have an excess / credit of R4127.13 on my Vodacom account that was supposed to be refunded within 7 working days. Initially I was told 48 hours - but accepted the 7 working days.

Meanwhile I received an sms asking for proof of the excess amount, which I have paid and I also received sms' confirming that they have received the money.

When I tried to follow up today - after being transferred and being online for over 10 minutes, the lady, who did not identified herself, abruptly ended the call and I still have no money or feedback on my account.
What does it take to get Vodacom to respond and WHY OH WHY do we always have to complain via Hello Peter to get results - if any. R4127 is a lot of money by anyone's standard and I think it is pathetic for Vodacom to withhold (*****) this money and not assist their customers

4 days later - STILL no refund, STILL no contact from anyone at Vodacom. This month, instead of sending my invoices for all my contracts AND a statement, I also only received the invoices. No statement. I presume this is because Vodacom knows they have taken the following month's payment off my credit without my permission. Stalling the solving of this issue so that they do not have to do the admin. Either way, whatever they are doing, there is absolutely zero customer service or solution.

Cell C, are you any better? Maybe MTN as the contracts run out?
