refund of money

my name is siyabonga rosani id no ***. i have an mpesa account which i tried to withdraw an amount of R3000 at an absa atm which i did not receive. i looked at my ballance it indicated that i have withdrew an amount of R3000 while nothing come out. i than called customer service which received an SERVICE REQUEST NO :S3-8A533-3LJEK and was promised and refund within 24hours from 3 July 2015. i than call in on Friday as I spoke to an agent SABELO as he hanged up the phone on me during the conversation. i than called in again as i than spoke to MANGI as he said that the query is with SABELO and he will call me back before the end of the day. he never call me as im the person that called him back. when i spoke to him he again hanged up the phone and never called back with still no refund. on the 4 July 2015 i called in again and spoke to SAMMY as she said the query is with IT and the money will be refunded on money 6 july 2015 as i haven't receive any money or a phone call from SABELO. this vodacom mpesa has really become an nightmare expecially the customer service \e ja hleGESA".
