Refund not paid it's almost a year waiting
I have been waiting for my vodacom refund fibre via vumatel since May 2025. I have spoken to over 7 agents from Vodacom each requesting my supporting documents for the refund yet I have received nothing the last agent I spoke to (Sibusiso Gasa) ***. said my payment has been processed and that was on 2 December 2025. Yet I am still waiting. It's now a new year February 2026. I feel so ****med by Vodacom to wait so long for a R369. I need the money as I am not working at the moment
