Refund not paid have been waiting for almost a year

I have been waiting for my vodacom fiber refund for almost a year now since May 2025. I have gone through many agents of Vodacom every month sending them my supporting documents need for the refund the last agent informed me that my money will be paid and is in progress that was in September 2025 I am still waiting for my money. I have called Vodacom Fiber in the week and found out they have closed my SR number how do you do that without solving the customers issues. The agent I spoke to was Sibusiso Gasa, • *** Other are *** Kyle Kevin Padayachy • *** I now had to create a new SR number ... personally I thinks one the the staff has paid themselves with my refund because to wait for a year is not normal
