REFUND MY MONEY!
I got a contract from vodacom three months ago and i have never recieved the data or airtime or promo data of 20gb for 3 months yet they take money from me every month!!! I have escalated the matter since the beginning. First they got my number wrong when capturing the contract and told me a courier agent will come and fetch the phone because the contract must be canceled needless to say that did not happen, now this. Please refund my money back from all these months. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
