Refund me you ******

So everyone is here complaining about cancellation of contracts and I’m thinking to myself why vodacom just don’t cancel the whole contract operation because you are messing with people and *****ing monies. So I’ve had a contract with vodacom under my husband’s name and he deducts money from me every month, we have cancelled the contract before the period of 14 days after three months the phone was collected but within those three months and a month after vodacom took the phone vodacom was still deducting money from us, we phoned and we were told that we will be refunded, for *** sake it’s been six months and we still didn’t hear from vodacom. I want that money we wake up early morning sweat our heads off not for vodacom to ***** it. We have so many contracts with vodacom but they could are less. I want my refund this is really annoying and it’s thieving. Such a big company and you can’t even bring back our few cents that we worked hard for. We can’t even get through to your sales agents as because you employ rude people who cut our calls. The last time one of your sales rep said she was going to phone back but I’m vain. ******
