REFUND ME MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

I got a tablet on contract with Vodacom only to find out it was way too out dated for my liking. I then remembered that the sales consultant told me that if I don't like the device I can return and then upon their receipt they will cancel the contract and refund me the money I would have paid for the first month.Well it was arranged that RAM come and collect the device nearly 3 months ago.I then after called to confirm with them if they have received the device & they confirmed that they have it where after they told me that my contract was cancelled. Because I'm a blind loyal client of this forsaken company I renewed my contract with them on my cell phone for the fourth time only to realize that they did not cancel the tablet contract even after they assured me that they did. Now they are debiting me for 2 contracts one of which I don't even have the ****** device. They have already debited me twice for the device that I don't have when I called they said it should be sorted within 48 hours 2 weeks later I get an invoice that stating that I need to pay for 2 contracts still. Im gatvol with this provider if Cell C offered to buy me out their contract I will not even think twice
