REFUND IS TAKING LONGER THAN WHAT THEY PROMISED
Hello. I filed a refund and the 7th working day its today. still no money has reflected. Vodacom when I paid the amount I did it same day please refund me back. The refund is for the phone that was bought cash not using vbucks my cell number is ***name is Thabang Tau

03 Jun 2022, 15:44That is the only text I've received "refund was done yesterday" and on Instagram a vodacom page told me that to refunds take 21 working days which means my 21 day is ending on the 20/06/2022. So I am confused what should I believe?
