Refund from Vodacom

I cancelled a contract with Vodacom and paid what was due to them. A few weeks after the cancellation was processed. I went to vodacom store in shelly to double check if i had no outstanding amounts and it showed that i still owed vodacome. I made the payment because i did not want to be put on credit bureax…. I made a follow with vodacom. Untill they discoverd that i am not owed by vodacom. It has been a problem now for them to refund me. I have been getting my money back for the past month but I haven’t been successful. Apparently they did refund me but they credited the store instead of refunding me directly to my account.

I am really not happy and i really don’t understand why it is taking vodacom so long to pay what is due to me. Where as i paid immediately when they said i owed them.
