Refund from purchase on Vodacom application

I have tried to buy a TV on the vodacom application .This did not work out and i request my refund. I have so far called in several times trying to get my refund processed. This has now been escalated 3 times and am absolutely lost in doing the same process which vodam instruct me to do and getting nowhere. Yes that is madness.i have nothing more to say other than dont risk buying anything from the app ,if things go wrong or you change your mind it is a nightmare to get your money back.
