REFUND: FOR DEFECTIVE CELLPHONE BATTERY

On 17/02/2016, I had approached the Vodacom 4-u store at Eastrand mall, for a \refund\".

I had purchased a cell phone battery that was defective.
The battery only lasted maybe 45 minutes to 1hour MAXIMUM before it would \"die\" and require \"recharging the battery\".

Being \"FED UP\" with the battery, I requested a REFUND on 17/02/2016, and confirmed this with the store manager - Alzette (at that time). I filled out the \"refund\" form, handed over the form, and handed over the defective battery and proof of purchase.

I was assured that a refund would be done and reflect within in 5 days.
This was not done by the store/persons responsible for this process - hence this complaint.
On Sunday-28/02/2016 I called the store and spoke to \"Andrew\", who confirmed that he would revert on the matter-as according to him, the refund would have been \"done\" already.

To date - I have had no feed back from the Vodacom store, nor their management???

5 days-have LONG PASSED?
"
