refund due to me

I called last week re my refund ,its almost a week and no refund spoke to few consultants told me that it will be sorted by sat (31.10.2015)<br> I send proof of payment to you guys ,they confirmed that they have recieved it today i call again they tell me not recieved ..pathetic <br> <br> your service is bad ....
