Refund delay

Its been over two months with vodacom owing me my refund. Iv escalated several to multiple times,the social media team calls as if something will be done and nothing is ever done . Im beyond disgusted at this point. I need to go any of their offices personally because this is ridiculous . Never again will i ever attempt to do any business with this company.
