Refund an false adverti*****t

Vodacom is really unreliable I took a contract with them and the consaltant told that the first month I'll start paying on the second an I only pay R299,but when they send the statement is different from what I was told the balance was R538.20 meaning they where lying to about that the first mois free I log a complaint but they never refunded an they haven't came back to me. Vodacom is doing false adverti*****t just to scm customers. I want money back.
