Refund After Contract Terminated Not Done Even after 2 months
I ad a contract with Vodacom and the took R1000.00 as a deposit . After they told me the amout to be returned will now be less than R1000 , I was told this is refunded at the end of the contract term. I have cancelled my contract but its been 2 months now. Every time I call Vodacom I am told to wait 72 hours and this is horrible service.
