REFUND

I ordered a cellphone online. Due poor service received i decided to return the phone back to Vodacom. the phone was collect by Vodacom courier company (RAM). i was informed by the consultant that my money will be refunded to me as soon as they received the phone back. It is now two weeks the phone have been collected but my money is not in my account. I tried contacting vodacom but as always you will wait for contact center to respond instate i hold for 30 min, and get cut off. What i need from Vodacom is just to refund my activation fee money as the phone was never activated.
