<p>i calle dinto their call centre on Monday 29 may 2017 22:18, spoke to khanyisile regarding my airtime being depleted immediately after loading it. this was shortly after loading the R29 and bought their power bundle data in order for me to buy more aritime. while i was busy buying R54 airtime my 30 mb depleted and shortly after that my R54 airtime was gone. my airtime togethjer with the the R27 balance was gone in less than a minute.</p> <p>I spoke to Khanyisile who hung on me then spoke to busisiwe who also hung on me after i had requested to speak to the person who is in charge of refunds she then hung up on me.</p> <p>I finally called again the very same night and spoke to Dimaktso madlazi, who said she looged my request with the refund dept and a service request number i will get. that to date has not happened. i waited for now over 24 hours when their turnaround time is 24 as per the advice i got from Dimakatso.</p>
