REFUND

I was told that I will be getting a refund after my first complaint. Until today my funds are not back in my account and when I call in, there are so many departments that no one knows who deals with refunds. I called in this morning and a manager hung up on me as I had asked to be transferred to a manager in the accounts department who could tell me when I will receive my refund and still no response. This is really pathetic behaviour and the consultants cannot keep their promises as I was told I will be contacted last week Thursday and up till today I have no had any contact with the consultants.
