Refreshingly Good Attitude

I had dealings with Vodacom Sandton City regarding an upgrade. Unfortunately the phone was faulty and there were some rather unfortunate stock issues resulting. Simi handled the issue with a great attitude, and absolute professionalism and did everything he could to resolve the problem. He's a great asset to that store
