In October, I was called by a Vodacom representative telling me she was going to save me money and change my package at no additional cost to me.
I naturally said \yes please go ahead\" She neglected to tell me that it would deactivate my Twin Call!!!
A couple of times I tried using the twin call but it said emergency calls only, I assumed there were network issues. When the problem persisted I queried only to find out that it had in fact been deactivated.
On Monday the 8th I went into the branch explained my whole story to an agent who when I had finished told me she was off line and couldn't help me. I then phoned 082111. The gentleman that I spoke to treated me like I was stupid and told me to go to the branch.
On the 9th I returned to the branch and Phindile explained that she could put me back to the package I originally had at a cost of R330.00. She phoned customer services and after being put through to a number of people she handed the phone to me, I explained everything again and was told to hold on for accounts.
The accounts person told me he did not deal with this only overdue accounts and without any further comment just transferred me back to customer Services.

"
