Ref number EC-1EQ0-3T**** of 2years,never resolved
I'm not happy with Vodacom, they promised to assist with the issue of 2years ago where I bought vouchers (R600) on vodapay and vouchers didn't work, until today I haven't gotten an assistance on that, they just gave me reference number, again recently (10 December 2024) I recharged my vodapay wallet with R200 through vodashop, the money didn't reflect still I got a reference number with no solution
