Ref No. ***6 Gardens CPT

I already have a vodacom contract for a laptop, my iphone 5 was ****** last week so i decided to apply for a Iphone6 at vodacom instead of buying one for cash to build credit profil. I made my application on tuesday for an on wednesday i was told to bring my bank statement and left work early to do that and i was told i should have the answer within an hour or so but nothing happened. I tried to follow up the following day but the consultant was off so i checked with online consultants and apparently the application was still pending, i checked about 4 times and even called and they told me to go to the shop. this morning i called the shop again and was told the consultant was busy and would call me back but its been almost an hour thirty minutes, i tried to check online and was told that they can't see the application online. This is just so frustrating, its better to know whether one has ben declined or accepted rather than wait and shelve all your plans only to be declined anyway. Currently i do not have a phone, my email is [Email Removed] and my work phone is *** and i know i will not have problems paying my instalments i earn enough to pay
