RED VIP PLAN & SAMSUNG S6 EDGE

I took my phone in to Alberton with the following complaints:-<br> 1.It gets extremely hot (top CPU heat so far hit 97 Degrees)<br> 2.I literally have to try and make a call 20 times before the call goes through (even though signal is full)<br> 3.When I'm on a call, the call just cuts off, and then struggle again to make a call again<br> 4.Can't connect to the internet even if signal is full and H+ shows.<br> <br> I migrated my contract last month to Red VIP, from Smart S, as I use my phone a lot. When I took my phone in, Vodacom wanted to give me a Loan phone which can only make calls (already one better than my current phone), but require internet connection with a loan phone. The answer I got from them was \Sorry sir
