RED VIP LIFESTYLE REWARDS CONFUISON

hi i am a RED VIP 15GB Unlimited customer and qualify for a saving of up to 50% on accommodation at Protea Hotels. there is no where that i can book for this and Protea Hotel know nothing of this reward, Booking.com on the Voda Pay app does not apply the discount and as per the TnCs on my Voda app i need to read the relevant accommodation properties website and my booking confirmation sheet BUT no where does the 50% apply to my booking. calls to Vodacom and Protea have not resolved this and Flightsite only does flight bookings. SO WHERE DO I BOOK FOR MY HOTEL ACCOMMOODATION WITH MY PLATINUM LIFESTYLE REWARD
