Red package...helps 0 when needing phone repairs

My Samsung fell and the screen cracked. I went to both Vodacom Cresta and Vodacom Clearwater who botg told me that they did not have loan phones...and that repairs on the screen would take 2 weeks. Apparently samsung does not do free screen repairs...something I was promised as an option at least once...when choosing a samsung...nope...not anymore!

The Vodacom ads also indicate that customers on the Red Advanced package can get a similar phone as loan unit...just visit a vodashop near you...uhm nope...false advertising again...

I got a phone on which I was told that I could have at least 1 free screen repair...I also have a package on which you advertise certain levels of support...yet your vodacom stores do not seem to have the same standards..
