RED HOT DEALS is a **** on the VODAPAY app. FEZILE from the CC is deliberatly lying to the clients

I selected the red hot deal on the app and processed it. It never got activated but disapeared from the offers.I called vodacom on Sat 16 Aug and spoke to Fezile. She said she activated the 30 GIG at R186 for both my numbers and cancelled the other bundles that I did not want. I specifically asked her to confirmed before the call ended and she did so loud and clear. I was almost an hr on the line only to find out today that she did no such thing and ****. I ask for Vodacom to pull the recording and hear what their employee has said and ****. Now I am being pushed around and still struggling to get anyone to help me! After you select the offere it falls off yet doesnt activate. SO AM I NOW GOING TO BE CHARGED? and what happens to the fact that I was promised it was activated on Saturday and this was a LIE??? I require for the recording to be pulled and feedback to be give AND for my 30G at R186 each on both my numbers to be activated as a recurring bundle!
