Red customer service disadvantage!!!

I have been a loyal "Red advantage" customer for many years, but that will change soon. I received a call from Vodacom telesales in Mid May 2017 offering me a "add on" data package as I go over my data regularly. It was explained that I can cancel at any time and that it is not an upgrade. I accepted this offer. On 31 May 2017 early morning, while busy on my phone with an important client of mine, the call dropped and I tried to phone the customer back but got a message stating I have reached my call limit. I did not understand this as I not on a prepaid contract and had 817min and 21s available on 28 May 2017. I went to Vodaworld customer care. I was assisted by Landiwe who explained to me that my contract have been migrated to a Top up package and I had 26 min talk time , which I used up during the morning. I explained that I never requested to migrate and especially not to a Top Up contract. She said I must buy airtime and request to migrate back to my previous contract ( Red Advantage), this will take at least a month. I explained to her that I will not leave unless I can phone or my contract have been cancelled. After 3 hours and 31 min I received an extra sim with airtime to get through the day and was promised that my contract will be back to a Red Advantage the next day. This was done. She asked me to sign a form to request to migrate back to Red Advantage and explained that the R 546.25 migration fee will be charged to may account but will be credited within a few days. ref no 1- ********** ********** This did not happen. I went to Vodaworld again on 11 July 2017 and the lady assisting me said the ref no has been cancelled as it has not been assigned to anyone. ???? She tried to assist and was sent from pillar to post and eventually spoke to someone who promised to help. Ref no 1- ********** ********** . I received an SMS on the 12th stating the query has been closed. There was no credit on my account . I phone to follow up. I was helped by Katlehong who said she cannot assist as the query has been closed. I requested to speak to a manager and then she said I must hold on. After a while she came back to the phone and said the query has been sent to back office who will pass the credit. NO CERDIT TO DATE!!!! I have also requested that Vodafone live must be cancelled on my account ( 31 May the first time) I was promised that it has been cancelled numerous times but still get billed for it. I need my account issues resolved , ****** free minutes back or credit on my account for this and the Vodafone life charges credited from 31 May 2017 or I need my contract cancelled with a letter stating that I do not owe Vodacom anything
