Red contracts from Vodacom are not v.i.p

Hi , I'm on a red package , done my last upgrade in 2016 & i have been cheated by vodashop loch logan, terrible service , reported it to vodacom on a number of occasions with no results , vodacom does not have v.i.p service on their red packages & its appalling to see them boasting when they can't prove it to one customer , seriously disappointed!!!! & frustrated !!!
