Recycled number

I recently had my phone ****** and when I finally got a new phone I had to buy a new sim and then get it RICA'd. My sims was fine for a while and then I started getting messages and texts for someone else. Soon after, the phone calls started. I have people phoning me all hours asking for someone else and it is different numbers every time! What worries me is these people can track me through my sim! When I went to a vodacom store and made a complaint they told me I would have to buy a new SIM and RICA it again!! Know it sounds like a silly problem but our house was broken into again and they stole all our documents including proof of address so I am unable to RICA my new SIM!! The Vodacom staff did not even offer me an apology for the inconvenience and they wanted me to BUY a new SIM, when the problem wasn't my fault!

To sum up: Vodacom gave me a recycled SIM

I get phone calls and whatsapp from random men at all hours

Random strangers have my number and can track me through my sim

Vodacom staff did not even APOLOGIZE or replace my sim for free!
