Recycled Cellphone Number Resulting In Harrassment
Hello,

My name is Lebohang Zinda. I took out a Tablet deal with you and apparently you gave me a recycled cell phone number. As such I have been experiencing serious disruption of my life due harassment resulting from unknown callers. I have asked you to remedy this situation but you chose to ignore me. I sent you emails on 30 March 2015 02:15 PM, 20 April 2015 09:49 AM, and Wed 2015/04/22 04:44 PM and not a single response from you.

I went to your store at Brooklyn mall and I was told that I must pay R289 for a number swop, to which my response is that you must be crazy! I have done nothing in this regard and I am not prepared to lift a finger. I am a paying customer and you will give me exactly what I am giving you my hard earned money for.

Now, kindly note that I have suspended all payments to you. I will resume paying as soon as you have given me a brand new cell-phone number that has not been used before. You will also need to reimburse me for the inconvenience, harassment and waste of my time which I incurred while dealing with unknown callers and also while trying to resolve this mess with you

Alternatively, you can come fetch your tablet and our deal can be cancelled.
