U asked that i reply in your mail with the ground of the issue and my personal info on *** which i did on the 24th of September on ref EC-21PI-2VB8NZ and after i never recieved any of your reply u will push me to take this issue futher to the ombudsman And all this communication will serve as evidence u are not interested in resolving this issue…
