Reconsidering moving to Vodacom

This will be my second complaint on Hellopeter towards vodacom. My contract with CellC expired so I tried to get a new contract with Vodacom in April. I app**** online for a contract. My application was denied, as I have no credit history - even though I'm paying off a car at R4100pm and my gross salary is R38000.<br> <br> They said I should email my bank statement, ID, etc to vadmin, but there was no response - I waited almost 3 months. I then wrote to hellopeter and vodacom responded. The person who called me then did the exact same application process as before, even after I told her that if she does that my application would be denied because I have no credit history - and guess what, it was declined. <br> <br> Vodacom then responded on hellopeter stating that feedback was provided - NO IT WAS NOT! I did not ask you to do the same application process - I said that it's ridiculous that I can't get a contract even though I'm clearly financially stable! <br> <br> You need to look at my bank statement and payslip and get someone who knows what's going on to contact me - I'm not talking to someone again unless it's a manager of some sort and who knows the exact process of reviewing a declined application!
