Reconnection of my Vodatablets

I have paid my account at Prieska Standard bank on Friday 06 march 2015, but is having trouble to reconnect my 2 tablets. The amount I paid was R 685, 50. This amount I got from a consultant at Vodashop at Newpark, Kimberley. I am still awaiting. Please assist.
