Reconnection

For some reason my number is disconnected. I got to your customer care store only to be told that I need to call in for reconnection when I tell the lady that's not possible as the phone had no network so I can't call or sms or receive anything she gives it a try only to find it saying no network connection instead of helping or calling I get told tell a friend to phone for you there's nothing I can do.
