RECKLESS LENDING
I upgraded on a contract in March and was given a portable ****le with my device , I tried connecting with it but it never worked .End march I received a statement for end March of data usage of over R10000-00 without any notification . I called in and now they say I went out of bundle . They don't want to approve you for a a contract with amounts higher than they think you can afford but they allow your data to go out of bundle rates to the amount of R10000.00 . THIS IS RECKLESS LENDING - AND TOTALLY AGAINST THE LAW.
