recieved an empty device box with nothing in

We app**** for a vodacom contract on the 19 August 2015 which was approved and all confirmation was sent to advice of the trace number and all the goods which will be delivered next business working day. We waited for the phone to be delivered, which finally got delivered on the 24 August 2015. Upon delivery a guy by the name Robert from Ram delivered the phone which was in a big box and sealed. I did not open the box immediately and opened the box when i got home which in the big box was the phone box but when i opened the phone box their was no phone, no charger and no headsets. I got an empty phone box without any phone. I contacted vodaco immediately and spoke to a consultant Noni and i asked to speak to teamleader which was Tebogo. I am highyly dissapointed in vodacom's service and really furious because no one has gotten back to me for assistance. this is really *********. This is such poor service from a service provider whom i have been loyal to. Then i received a message confirming they have activated the cellphone number on the 25 August 2015 however they know i do not have any phone after reporting the matter to them. This really poor service.
