Receiving many unecessary emails from Vodacom fiber

The fiber team double booked the fiber installation in my house, so far the fiber installed but i continue to receive many emails saying i must book for a new fiber installation. No one seem to be able to resolve this issue as i continue to receive emails. I thought Vodacom processes are place, but looks like they are not. They cant remove my name from email batch, simple as that. On another issue, i continue to receive calls of the previous owner on one of the number i own that is on contract😔
