received not what I ordered

I phoned Vodacom and ordered a Samsung Galaxy Fame - uChoose Flexi 100, but received a Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo. I ordered the Fame, due to the bigger letters and nrs.<br> I phoned Vodacom on the 4th and got ref nr S3-8Z42E-EN29E, to come and collect this phone. Then I phoned again on the 10th and spoke to Zinzi, on the 13th and spoke to Zama, on the 18 and spoke to Porcha and Tembiso. Everytime promising that they will come and collect the phone. On the 30th I went to the Vodacom shop in Somerset Mall for help and got another ref nr. S3-80U28-8AOL4. I was told they will phone within 24 hours. the shop cannot take the phone. I have been a customer for 14 years and have never received such bad service.
