Received Final Demand for funds I don't owe

Having received a sms from Vodacom on 15 August 2016 stating "Your account has been handed over to a debt collection agency" I immediately phoned the number listed in the sms. The operator said, "I will forward you a statement right now so you can see what the outstanding funds are required for." That email never came. But 2 days later in the mail arrived a letter of Warning: Final Demand. So Vodacom are capable of being efficient, when it's in their best interest. The letter states: Balance of Subsciption: 0.00. Hardware balance: 0.00. Total amount due: R210. I took this letter into Vodacom in Century City on 29 August 2016 (ref1-d7f5vf4), who went through my entire history on the system and were unable to find any reason for this amount to be outstanding. A query was escalated (ref1- ********** 5701) on 29 August and was told that I would be contacted within 24 hours. I was not contacted. On 5 September I phoned the same ********** number to query the update, and the apparent supervisor instructed that Vodacom owe me money (I was told this too in March 2016) and that I didn't owe anything. That there had been an error. But that only Customer Care could resolve it. She put me through, but no answer. The phone hung up. I then went through to V&A Waterfront for assistance on 5 September 2016 who, again, went through my account history on their system and found no money owed. They put me through to Vodacom's call centre who hung up the phone twice.

I want this resolved and this amount cleared from my name effective immediately.
